Obama – 95 Executive Orders so far.

How close do you believe we are? We’re closer than you think; yet many continue with blinders on ignoring the signs and dangers that lie ahead for Americans.

One agenda of the New World Order (NOW) is to set up a new class system in the United States based on wealth. The rich have positioned themselves to have influence over politicians and lawmakers as well as over financial markets.

Another is to Dumb Down Americans. Take a good look at Occupy Wall Street. The majority are college students, our so-called future, yet they have no idea why they’re there. These people have ultimately bought the lies, and are helping secure the NOW agenda. They’re marching to the wrong beat of the drum.  They should be protesting for less government and to follow the laws of the Constitution.  Instead, they are under the assumption that government is there to help them.

1984 — The Power to Lead is published. Author James McGregor Burns admits:

‘The framers of the U.S. Constitution have simply been too shrewd for us. They have outwitted us. They designed separate institutions that cannot be unified by mechanical linkages, frail bridges, tinkering. If we are to “turn the Founders upside down” – we must directly confront the constitutional structure they erected’. ”

1987 — The Secret Constitution and the Need for Constitutional Change is sponsored in part by the Rockefeller Foundation. Some thoughts of author Arthur S. Miller are:

‘…a pervasive system of thought control exists in the United States…the citizenry is indoctrinated by employment of the mass media and the system of public education…people are told what to think about…the old order is crumbling…Nationalism should be seen as a dangerous social disease…A new vision is required to plan and manage the future, a global vision that will transcend national boundaries and eliminate the poison of nationalistic solutions…a new Constitution is necessary’.”

The New World Order is being accomplished through Executive Orders, which would bring us under the arm of the military.

• Executive Order No. 10990: Enables U.S. Government to take over all transportation and take control of U.S. highways and ports.
• Executive Order No. 11000: Enables U.S. Government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.
• Executive Order No. 11002: Enables the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all U.S. persons.
• Executive Order No. 11004: Enables the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing, decide on areas to be abandoned, and put entire populations into new locations.

FEMA was created in a series of Executive Orders. A Presidential Executive Order, whether Constitutional or not, becomes law simply by its publication in the Federal Registry. Congress is by-passed.

• Executive Order Number 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding. An “emergency czar” was appointed. FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national emergencies, the bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency, foreign or domestic.
• Executive Order Number 12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers. This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and would restrict the freedom of movement within the United States and grant the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and all ports of entry.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.
