At an international symposium held in Ghent, Belgium May 28-30, 2010, scientists asserted that “manipulation of climate through modification of Cirrus clouds is neither a hoax nor a conspiracy theory.” It is “fully operational” with a solid sixty-year history. Though “hostile” environmental modification was banned by UN Convention in 1978, its “friendly” use today is being hailed as the new savior to climate change and to water and food shortages. The military-industrial complex stands poised to capitalize on controlling the world’s weather.
In 2007 the World Meteorological Organization said that while there has been a “decline in the suppport for weather modification research” there has been a “tendency to move directly into operational projects.”
Geo-engineering patents have been on record since 1920 but really took off in the 70s. On January 1, 2013, the Congressional Research Service published the GeoEngineerying Governance and Technology Policy . According to the report, the EPA, the Department of Energy, the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Defense are all involved in or have been involved in geoengineering research projects.
According to a 1966 government document, weather modification programs have been in the works for numerous years, and include not only the EPA, Depts of Energy, Defense and Agriculture, but also NASA, the Department of Interior, the National Science Foundation, and the Federal Aviation Agency.

Now it seems the CIA is getting involved by helping to fund a study by the National Academy of Sciences to the tune of $630,000. The study is an ‘investigation” to see whether we could use geoengineering to stop climate change. Climate change, a fancy word for weather, was only put into use after the U.N. scientific “facts” on global warming were proved to have been falsified. The CIA’s involvement suggest something a bit more sinister than stopping a nonexistent problem.
The Department of Defense in conjunction with the University of Alaska has been funding research in the High-Frequency Active Aural Research Program (HAARP) that Russian scientists believe is being used for the development of weapons of mass destruction to destabilize the environment and agriculture. The DOD claims that their research project is only an attempt to improve radio communications, surveillance and missile detection.
Geoengineering has been pushed by governments and the world’s elite to control our food, our population, and our weather. It is no longer just a talking point or computer model, it is fashionable – the in thing – the way to save the world from global warming that doesn’t exist.
Even Bill Gates, Microsoft founder and billionaire could not resist getting in on the weather control action. Gates and several scientists hold a patent on the idea of weakening or even stopping powerful hurricanes from ever forming — an idea detailed in U.S. patent number 20,090,173,386.
Climate Change is a huge swindle, a scam, the mother of all hoaxes and yet the left continues to push the scam and their answer to the scam is nothing short of socialism.
