Tom Ellis cast as Lucifer is scheduled to premiere on Fox on January 25, 2016, centers around so-called “Lucifer Morningstar” and his new life as the owner of Lux, an upscale nightclub located in the City of Angels.
The Lord of Hell who is bored of his life, abdicates and becomes a consultant for the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) while running his own nightclub. Among other powers, he has a supernatural awareness of any person’s sins and can compel them to speak the truth. He enjoys using these abilities to expose sinners in public.
