With the left’s continued assault on our common sense concerning that “peaceful” religion of Islam, it is time for Americans to educate themselves to the danger we are facing – cause it looks more and more like we are on our own!
On June 26, 2003, Steven Schwartz, author of “The Two Faces of Islam: The House of Sa’ud from Tradition to Terror,” testified before the U.S. Senate Subcommittee on Terrorism, Technology and Homeland Security about Wahhabism [Muslim Brotherhood] which he described as the most extreme, separatist and violent form of Islam and how they had come to dominate Islam in the United States
The International Muslim Brotherhood, aka Ikhwan, is the communist party-like “vanguard” or tip-of-the-spear of the current Islamic movement in the United States. While there are other transnational organizations that share the same goals, the Brotherhood’s goals, if not its tactics, including al Qaeda [born out of the Brotherhood], the Ikhwan is by far the strongest and most organized.
Since they control about 80% of American mosques, they control property, buildings, training and appointment of imams, content of teaching which includes the faxing of Friday sermons from Saudi Arabia and of literature distributed in mosques. Similar influence extends to prison and military chaplains, Islamic elementary and secondary schools, college campuses, endowment of academia chairs and programs in Middle East studies and most notoriously, charities helping Muslims abroad many of which have been linked to or designated sponsors of terrorism.
The main goal of the Brotherhood throughout the world is the implementation of sharia law to further their goal of establishing a global caliphate. The Center for Security Policy has produced a ground-breaking report, Sharia: The Threat to America, that describes in detail precisely what sharia is and what it means for all of us.
Under sharia, our Constitution would cease to exist. Sharia is a totalitarian ideology that controls all aspects of life. It discriminates against women, deprives people of all freedom of expression and association, criminalizes sexual freedom, and incites hatred and violence against people of certain social groups. As manifested in countries ruled by Islamic law, sharia condones or commands abhorrent behavior, including underage and forced marriage, honor killing, female genital mutilation, polygamy, domestic abuse, and even marital rape.
The goal to push sharia in the United States is described by the Brotherhood as a “civilization jihad” which is a pre-violent form of jihad. Civilization Jihad is a form of political and psychological warfare that includes multi-layered cultural subversion, the co-opting of senior leaders, influence operations, propaganda, infiltration of legislative and executive branches of our government and government agencies whenever possible. It is primarily conducted by front groups posing as peaceable, ‘moderate’ law-abiding Muslim community organizations. Yet the Brotherhood’s bylaws, doctrinal books and a series of documents found in a 2004 FBI raid and used as evidence in the largest terrorism financing trial [Holy Land Foundation] in American history in 2008, makes one thing clear – the Ikhwan’s mission in the West is sedition in furtherance of sharia’s supremacist agenda, to establish a global caliphate. The violence is always implicit in the overall strategy such as the idea that we had to allow the building of the Ground Zero mosque lest our opposition include Muslim violence. It is the combined effect of the violent and pre-violent strains of jihad that constitutes the most serious threat to America and its free people.
The Brotherhood is relying on non-Muslims in America to aid and abet, to destroy America from within by exploiting our constitutionally guaranteed freedoms to demand tolerance of its medieval practices and to repress free speech where it gives offense to them. This submission to sharia is evident in the failure of our president and our government leaders to accurately describe the enemy and in policies that are systematically placing a self imposed gag order on the CIA, the FBI and even on America’s military. This amounts to a collective act of submission to sharia by the national leadership of the US that emboldens our enemies even as it disables our defenses against them.
Muslim Brotherhood fronts such as the Muslim Students Association (MSA) promotes aggression and intimidation on our college campuses not only to discredit Israel and promote the Palestinian cause, but to serve as focal points for efforts to control free speech that would expose sharia, Islam, jihad, etc. Newspapers, magazines, websites, social media, television stations are all censoring their writers in order to comply with sharia blasphemy demands lest they offend a terrorist. Comedy Central went so far as to ban any depiction of Mohammed on their channel even though they allowed the ridicule of Christ.
Charges of religious defamation, racism, bigotry and blasphemy have become, like Pavlovian gongs, instant conversation-enders. The aggressiveness of the allegations, and the confusion or timidity of those on the receiving end, has allowed Islam in the west to become increasingly insulated not just from criticism, but also from the poking and prodding of analysis. Islam in the West is becoming insulated from reality itself which is exactly the kind of protection that sharia needs to advance under the radar.
The Wahhabi Muslim Brotherhood is backed the Saudi government whose Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) is the most powerful block at the United Nations. OIC is currently pushing the United Nations for international laws that would limit free speech where Islam is concerned. Since the United States is a major supporter of the United Nations, the terrorist organization is, in essence, using our tax dollars to destroy our freedom.
Do you think anyone in the Obama Administration cares? They are far too busy whitewashing the danger we face from within. God forbid they offend a terrorist!
