Gender theorists want to challenge all the assumptions about masculinity and femininity upon which a great many social arrangements are based. And they want your children to be indoctrinated in the latest gender fads as soon as they enter school.
According to Get Out Now: Why You Should Pull Your Child from Public School Before It’s Too Late “most school districts have already embraced gender ideology.” In one Minnesota kindergarten, children were introduced to the concept of gender fluidity by listening to a reading of My Princess Boy, a story about a 4 year old boy who “expresses his authentic self” by wearing dresses, jewelry and anything pink or sparkly. Not to be outdone, a California kindergarten teacher read her students I am Jazz, a book about a boy becoming a girl.
Michelle Cretella, M.D., pediatrician and president of the American College of Pediatricians, sees transgender ideology as an infection that is intruding into the lives of the most innocent boosted by support of the medical community. “Professionals are now using the myth that people are born transgender to justify engaging in massive, uncontrolled and unconsented experimentation on children who have a psychological condition that would otherwise resolve after puberty in the vast majority of cases. Today’s institutions that promote transition affirmation are pushing children to impersonate the opposite sex, sending many of them down the path of puberty blockers, sterilization, the removal of healthy body parts, and untold psychological damage.. .. “it is nothing less than institutionalized child abuse.”
Another part of this highly organized plan is the destruction of the idea of what it means to be a man. But, if there ever was a time when men need to be “unconfused” about their gender identity this is it. We’re surrounded by enemies and potential enemies who are unapologetic about their masculinity and are quite prepared to rule over those weaker cultures that prefer appeasement to confrontation.
Basically male masculinity is under attack because real men stand as a roadblock to the left’s end game. Masculinity tends to make a man individualistic. Individualistic men are capitalists, not communists. They cherish individual liberty, and rely on themselves rather than on government. Self-reliance is a four-letter word for leftists. Beta males, on the other hand, totally devoid of any semblance of masculinity, are ideal candidates for leftist indoctrination.
The end game of the gender ideology movement is to legally undefine what it means to be a human. And that may not be too far in the future. Already there is social pressure for everyone to comply with the gender theory notion that biological facts are mere “social constructs.”
The legal destruction of gender distinctions would inevitably dissolve family autonomy thereby uprooting freedom of association. How else to describe a crusade with such far-reaching consequences for First Amendment rights? Free expression will become hate speech if one doesn’t fall into line with the directives of the Trans lobby or its pronoun protocol. Freedom of religion takes a direct hit any way you look at it.
Under the guise of “rights,” the transgender movement would serve as convenient cover for consolidating and centralizing power under an ever-expanding State. As power becomes more centralized in the State, the individuals and institutions of the State, inevitably flawed, end up owning our personal relationships. With weakened mediating institutions—family, churches, private associations—we lose the buffer zones that stand between individuals and an encroaching state.
As we navigate the labyrinths of identity politics, we must never forget that forcing changes in our language forces changes in our thoughts. And in the case of gender identity, this means accepting language that universally redefines—or perhaps more accurately, undefines—us all.
