Fauci Calling!

Do you trust the government to protect your medical records?

In early December, 80 House Republicans voted with Democrats to pass the Immunization Infrastructure Modernization Act, H.R. 550, sponsored by Democrat Representative Ann M. Kuster, of New Hampshire with 14 cosponsors, among which were Republicans Larry Bucshone and James Baird of Indiana, David McKinley of West Virginia and Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania.

Don’t be surprised that RINOs are on board – some GOP governors have already laid the groundwork for the massive “vaccine” tracking program in their states.

Does the bill create a federal vaccine database? Maybe not in so many words, but by enhancing the ability of state and local governments and health providers to communicate with the CDC, it creates the ability for the federal government to lash all the individual state, local, and private databases to one another, and gives the federal government the functional equivalent of a vaccine database.

If passed by the Senate, the Immunization Infrastructure Modernization Act, would set up a federal vaccine database funded to the tune of some $400 million for an expansion of the CDC and Public Health Departments at state and local levels, as well as public and private health care providers, to share health data with the feds.

Accordingly, the system would then be used to “remind” patients when they are due for a recommended vaccine and identify areas with low vaccination rates to “ensure equitable distribution of vaccines.”

According to Stand for Health Freedom,  based on a reading of the bill and a knowledge of the history of the federal government, the RINOs who voted for the bill were either “recklessly uninformed, or knew exactly what they were doing and are now selling the public an Orwellian bill of goods.”  Either way, it’s not good for America.

This bill would allow the government to collect, study, and share your private health data. There are endless ways the government could potentially use that information against you.   By making data-recording and data-sharing easier, it enhances the ability of the federal government, or for that matter, any state or local government, to know who’s been vaccinated and who isn’t. That information should be privileged – a matter of personal and confidential concern between a patient and his or her doctor, not some unelected bureaucrats at the CDC.

If the Senate passes this monstrosity, Americans who choose not to get the jab can look forward to receiving to an Orwellian text reminding them that big brother will revoke their passport, report them as noncompliant to their bosses, and/or lock them into quarantine until such time as they comply.

Ron Paul also warns that this bill paves the way for big brother to give blue states millions to fund enforcement mandates, leading to health care rationing.  Those tempted to dismiss these concerns should consider that there are already calls to deny medical treatment to the ‘unvaccinated.’

There have also been efforts to deny medical treatment to people who smoke or are obese.  Rationing is common in countries struggling with the burdens of socialized medicine. There is even an effort in the UK to deny health care to those who use racist or sexist language.

The federal government has no business inserting itself into private healthcare matters of Americans. There is no reason for them to collect this data, it is an affront to our liberties and health freedoms,” she said. “This kind of legislation is always passed because the government has its hands in everything nowadays, often at the expense of the freedoms and privacy of Americans. This bill would allow the government to collect, study, and share your private health data. There are endless ways the government could potentially use that information against you – purposefully and accidentally.”  Mary Miller, R. IL
