Bernie Saunders claimed during his last presidential run that America was ready to elect a Socialist to run our country. Guess he miscalculated somewhat – but not enough to keep him from tossing his hat into the ring for a second try at enslaving the country to his distorted communist views.
Preaching socialism for close to half a century, Bernie believes that wealth income equality is the greatest moral issue of our time, that is unless its global warming which Bernie claims is going to destroy the planet. Unfortunately there are many other socialist in our country that would love to destroy capitalism and our Constitution which bodes well for Bernie – maybe. But with so many Democratic Socialist, Communist and Baby Killers tossing their hat into the ring for the 2020 election, much younger and perhaps more likeable to the left, poor old Bernie may well have miscalculated again!
Even if we manage to keep these ultra far-left candidates out of the White House, the fight to save our country will continue because the left has invested too much to give up.
Several years ago, NASA and the University of Maryland funded a study, Human and Nature Dynamics (HANDY): Modeling Inequality and Use of Resources in the Collapse or Sustainability of Societies, by Safa Motesharrei, a mathematician at the National Socio-Environmental Synthesis Center, and Jorge Rivas of the Institute of Global Environment and Society, and Eugenia Kalnay, a professor of Atmospheric and Oceanic Science which “found” that not only was the earth overpopulated, but that there are too many rich people. Ouch! It was a pretty amazing study managing to cover the United Nation’s Agenda 21, the left’s class warfare agenda and Karl Marx.
The paper argued that the rise and fall of civilizations was more of a rule than the exception but, summing up Marx in a single sentence, the “collapse can be avoided and population can reach equilibrium if the per-capita rate of depletion of nature is reduced to a sustainable level and if resources are distributed in a reasonably equitable fashion.” If you can’t figure out where the paper was heading by just looking at the academics who wrote it, I’ve got some swamp land I’d love to unload.
Basing their theory on a predator vs. prey model, these leftist reason that the balance of nature is basically screwed because as the population grows, predators thrive. But once the predators become too numerous and “overcome” the prey, famine results. Only 4 factors influence the collapse, according to their paper – nature, natural resources, the accumulation of wealth and the elite.
When considering their political tilt, I can almost guarantee that none of these individuals are familiar with nor do they mourn the loss of morality, principles, a strong work ethic, the destruction of our education system, the flooding of the job market with illegal aliens, the destruction of traditional marriage, or the left’s attempt to shove God in a closet.
In an egalitarian society they argue, there is no elite class – everyone is equally poor but that’s okay because nature is balanced until such time as we use up our resources. But, in an equitable society, a socialist utopia, the world would be saved because government would enslave the peons, controlling where they lived, worked, what and how much they were allowed to eat, how many children they could have, and how much they were allowed to keep of their lowly wages thus slowing growth and fairly distributing the world’s income. It’s only in an unequal scenario that society crashes when those predators, the elite population takes off.
What they choose to ignore, along with left-wing socialist like Saunders, is that in such a society, their utopian socialist world, the elite not only continue to live but thrive off the backs of the peons.
I can’t imagine why NASA issued an official statement that said the paper was not “solicited, directed or reviewed” by the space agency nor do they “endorse the paper or its conclusions.” Maybe they hoping we’re unaware of the Agenda 21 population control, global warming scam they’ve been pushing in conjunction with the United Nations!
