The repeated loud and public doubts about Biden’s future by prominent Democrats is not a coincidence. It is a coordinated assault on the 2024 election and as the election draws nearer, anything is possible.
According to Robert Kennedy, Jr. if Biden were going to drop out, “the time to drop out would be during the convention because then he would control the delegates, because they’re all Biden delegates and he would then be able to pick his successor.”
I can’t think of a more bloodcurdling scenario, and it’s not out of the realm of high possibilities, especially if Biden knows he couldn’t endure al general election campaign or has been told he better not try. Remember, just recently Biden let slip, or so we’ve been told, that “if Trump wasn’t running, I’m not sure I’d be running.”
Democrats are stuck with the only person who they say can beat Trump and a VP who is undeniably unqualified to even be in office. Could Biden beat Trump? After all he is now past the age of 80, his health is in rapid decline and his term in office has been marked by global war and economic catastrophe.
The only other option to the Democrats would be a brutal open primary, something they can’t allow. That’s why Robert Kennedy’s scenario is a potential likelihood However that could lead to an even worse problem. Would Democrats accept a candidate appointed in such a manner? There could be rioting and, almost certainly, for week, maybe months. Is that a price they are willing to pay to defeat Trump?
The only Democrats who have announced a run against Biden are Marianne Williamson, age 71; a self-help guru who is offering a platform of “justice and love.” So far, her name will only be on the ballot in the New Hampshire primary. Dean Phillips, a little-known 54-year-old millionaire Congressman from Minnesota, announced in October that he would mount a long-shot challenge to Biden.
The left-wing media has been pushing potential replacements such as Pete Buttigieg who they refer to as the “most naturally talented candidate in the 2024 field,” Elizabeth Warren, Amy Klobuchar, Mitch Landrieu former New Orleans mayor, Gina Raimondo current Commerce Secretary, Gretchen Whitmer governor of Michigan, Stacey Abrams, to name but a few. And if these possible candidates don’t turn your stomach, according to an op-ed in the Wall Street Journal, Hillary Clinton, who has been enlisted to “help” with Biden’s reelection campaign, will be in a very advantageous position to become the 2024 nominee. God help us!
Democrats have backed themselves into a corner – expect them to come out fighting. The 2024 election is going to be very messy, possibly hell on earth.
